1. DESCRIPTION

A refund is a customer's request to receive the amount paid for an item or service.

2. REASONS FOR REFUND

If you wish to cancel or modify a reservation. Due to the different scenarios that may arise in online purchases, all cases not covered by these policies will be reviewed and processed by hotel-continental.com.ve on an individual basis.

3. REQUIREMENTS

The customer must send the corresponding notification via email at least 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date; otherwise, charges for "NO SHOW" will apply, meaning the first night of stay. This also applies to reservations requested and guaranteed on the same day. Order number used for your purchase (found in the MY ACCOUNT section).

Once receipt of the refund request is confirmed, the review process will proceed; receipt of the request does not imply authorization of the refund.

Refund requests will be analyzed and the customer will be notified in cases of approval as well as non-approval, along with the reasons.
